Contest Rules & Terms
Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Smoke's Fuel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How To Enter: To enter, participants must visit our website and fill out the entry form or fill out an entry form at one of our terminals in our store at Smoke's Fuel located at 8754 – Hwy 45, Roseneath, Ontario K0K 2X0. Each person can enter once a day until the draw closes. If you enter more than once a day, any additional entries will not be included in the draw. The cutoff for each daily entry is 12 AM (Midnight). No entries will be accepted after after the draw closes.
Prizes: One grand prize winner will receive the prize as described in our current giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Prizes may be regionally allocated.
Winners: If you are randomly selected as our winner, you will be required to pick up your winnings from our Smoke's Fuel location at 8754 – Hwy 45, Roseneath, Ontario K0K 2X0. A valid driver's license and a secondary piece of photo ID will be required to pick up your winnings. You must be able to take your winnings with you when you come to pick up. For example, if you win something that requires towing (i.e. a jetski and trailer), you must come with a vehicle able to tow your winnings.
Liability: Smoke's Fuel and it's sponsors are not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
Technical Issues: Smoke's Fuel and any of its sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest..
Personal Information: By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest. If you are one of our contest winners, when you pick up your prize, we will take pictures of you with your winnings. You agree that we are authorized to you your name and photos of you with your winnings on our website and in our social feeds for promotional purposes. We are also authorized to use your name and photos in future promotions and ads to promote future contests and events.

Governing Law: This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
